This is a warehouse store that also has the business name of Ocean Tay Mattress. We purchased a mattress set and frame. They brought a USED frame into my house and were planning on putting my new mattress set on it. I noticed it was not the frame that I had been promised and they said it was too late to do anything about it and I had to call the next day. (It was after 6pm when the delivery had been scheduled for before 2pm.) This was no mistake to bring a scratched and dirty used frame. I went down there the next day to complain and were told told they would make it right. The next day after that they did bring me a new frame still in the box. (Hollywood Frame brand).
They also brought the wrong foundation and I'm just keeping it because I never want to deal with these people again.
