Sleek Nail

Review: Upon searching the sleeknail.com website on 1/23/15 for a gel nail polish kit, I discovered they were advertising an [redacted] 18 piece gel nail professional kit for $12.58. Payment was successfully submitted via Paypal and an email was sent to me confirming the item ordered and payment. A few hours after the order had been placed, I received an email from [redacted] stating, "Thank you for your order! Unfortunately, there was a mistake in our system and the price you saw for the "[redacted] Gel - 18 Piece Professional Kit" was incorrect. We will be canceling your order and a refund will be processed." This was unacceptable first of all because I as the consumer had no control over whatever system error they were experiencing so they need to honor the price that was listed at the time of my order and send me the product.Desired Settlement: I would like Sleek Nail to honor the advertised price which was $12.58. System glitch or not, that was not my problem. Customer satisfaction was obviously something they weren't willing to deliver.
