Review: On April 14,2012 I had a new central air conditioner installed by [redacted] at my home [redacted] and it was paid in
full $4,250.00 on that day April 14,2012. I work in New York City. I'm not at the house all the time but when I"m there. The air conditioner did not work
it would run for one hour. After it would not cool off the house the thermostat temperature in the house kept on going up in to the 80's and no cold
air coming out of the vents. May 26, 2012 service repair man come from [redacted] to repair A/C it needed a new part the coil was clogged in the
air handler . It had to be order. June 9,2012 repair men come to istalled new coil for air handler. July 21,2012 repair man come to put fluid in to the condemser. The fiuld did not last. July 29,2012 repair man come more fluid in to condenser. August 3,2012 called repair man fluid for condenser.
August 13,2012 called repair man fluid for condenser . May 22,2013 service man said coil in air handler leaks and more fluid for condenser.
The air conditioner is not working and I do believe the condenser leaks but Sledzik will not repair or replace it.

I would like to apologize for the trouble that Mrs. [redacted] is having with her air conditioning system. Unfortunately, we do not manufacturer the equipment, therefore we can't take
responsibility for problems with the equipment. With that being said, I have notes in the computer that in June Mrs. [redacted] was told that we would isolate the system to find the leak
and replace whatever part was faulty under warranty. Isolating the system leaves a home without cooling for at least two weeks. We usually isolate systems in the fall or winter when
the homeowner is not using their system. If the homeowner would like to take those steps at this time we will take care of it now.
Please let me know how we can help in making her situation corrected.
