Took my car into Jiffy Lube due to an oveheating issue spent nearly *** bucks to get it fixed. 24 hours later doing the exact same thing. Was told I would be issued a full refund its been over a week and I have yet to receive that refund. They refuse to return my emails when asked about the issue.
Refund I would like to receive my refund as promised.
My complaint has been resolved. I received a refund 2 weeks ago from the business.
