Review: they keep acuseing me of buying school pictures when I did not and I tried to explain my baby is at the age of 35 and I do not have any so they assumed it could be a grand child. so I refused to pay for them and the lady you talk to there is so so very rude and yells at you to pay my bills and I would not be in the perdictament I am in, well she dose not know me and has no right to say that to me and you ask for a manger and they just will not let me talk to anyone but her. I have tried for three years now and I give up and now the put it on my credit report. so now I am fighting that. they have no rights to put that there and when my kids were in school I don't ever recall putting down my ss number to order pictures. if they have done this to me hoe many more are there out there. you just cant assume they are mine, and yes I could pay the 48 dollars but its not my bill to pay, let that mom pay her own bills.Desired Settlement: take it off my credit report. that's all
