We are a law firm that represents home owner associationsThe person making this complaint owes my client money for unpaid assessments that are due pursuant to restrictive covenants which apply equally to all resisents of the neighborhoodWe have send a demand letter to this owner as requested by
our client and have received no responseTo be clear, we provided the person making the complaint with no products or servicesThey are no our customerOf course, we are always happy to work with debtors of our clients to resolve these matters with a on affordable payment plan, and had this individual actually contacted us, we would have offered that option

I am rejecting this response because: We have never received any such notice of monies owedI finally received a call back about the issue regarding the unpaid duesI was told a certified letter was sent in regards to the debtI asked for proof and explained that we have not received a letterThe lady I spoke with did not know what was going on with my account and said she would call me backIt has been over a week now and I still have not herd backI need to have this resolved yet it seems to be impossible to get a hold of anyone to do so!

Attached please find a copy of the lien and the notice of the lien letter that were both sent to the owner by certified and regular mailIt looks like the certified mail was never picked up by the owner, but the regular mail was not returned to usAdditionally, the lien was file din the Official Public Records, so the owner should have been on notice of this issue for about yearsWe are still happy to resolve this with a simple payment planAgain, the owner is NOT our client or customer, and we have provided no services or advice to them
