I am rejecting this response because:
Yes I wrote Mr *** a check for on March 11th but the
check was voided because he returned the car, in an undrivable condition
When he returned the car at that time he said they did not put in a thermostat because I could not afford it.I gave him a post dated check on the same day for 200.00.than he insisted I GIVE HIM ANOTHER IN CASH,or he would not give me my car so I gave him the
Than I got into my car the temp icon came onso the car was not completely fixed
because of this treatment I was fearful to talk to him was afraid he would keep my car
sincerely

The vehicle came into the shop in very bad condition, after a few hours of inspection and running test we determined the engines cylinder head was cracked and engines thermostat had been removed from the engine along with other missing / broken components. We notified the customer and gave a estimate of the cost for repairThe customer decided not to do the repair and wanted the car towed back to him,I agreedI made the customer aware of the charge for $for the diagnostic and the two tow's
Upon delivery the customer did not have the $He Offered to write a posted dated check for a month outOnly after threatening to put a boot on his car ,he paid his bill. The Customer called back a few days later to go ahead with the work,we felt reluctant to take the job after he tried to skip out on payingWe told him he would have to pay up front so he gave us all but $and would pay the $after the work was completed
Four days into the repair process someone who identified themselves as the customers wife called demanding that we hurry up with the repairWe replaced the engine and notified the customer he needed a thermostat. We explained the new engine did not come with one and his old engine someone had removed it, we do not have one to install please provide us with a thermostatThe customer did not have the money to pay for the thermostat and asked if we could pay for it, and then he would post date another check to pay me backI would not agree to this, so I had no choice but to let the customer take the car without a thermostat
The customer asked if I could deliver the car because he had no way of picking it upI explained we could deliver the car to him for a $fee, the customer agreedWhen we arrived he did not have the full payment and offered to post date a check a month out , at this point I just wanted this customer gone so I took the checkAfter about a month had passed I deposited the check and it bounced due to insufficient fundsBecause of this all warranties are void and this customer is not welcome at our shop unless a full payment is made in cash
