Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2016/07/22) */
the owner of the property made a sheduled pick up on july 8th,2016. he understood we were to be paid at the end of the job. he said he would set his alarm clock. as he lives in another country. we completed the job. his agent was there saw we...
completed the job. the property owner did not call at time of completion as agreed per our agreement. we could not reach the owner by phone as he had a international phone number. his agent who was there tried calling twice and could not reach the property owner. she assured us he would pay by closing time. the property owner still didnt call. so we called the agent and told her we would wait till the next day for payment. next day came still no call. the agent called us said he will pay he had an emergency come up. and forgot. but would pay us before we closed again. still no call and another day passed. we called the agent back and warned her, if we do not recieve payment its considerd theft of services and we will return the debris. as we are out of pocket $300.00 for doing the job. she undertood and would relay this message to the property owner through e-mail. this was day four and still no call and no payment. we called the agent again and told her that this was absurd we havent been paid. I asked her what agency she was with she said she worked alone and was with no agency. later we found out on our own she works for a well known real estate agency in sprinfield. at this point we had been lied to by the agent who told us reaptedly we would be paid. we have a voicemail saying that the property owner would pay. and he never paid. it was a $560.00 job. the property owner never called by day five so we returned what debris we had left from the job back to his property. the property owner did then call the following day as we are closed on sunday leaving a message how he didnt know what to think of all this. the next morning the property owner called during business hours complaining how he was going to pay us but his wife was sick. and how dare we return the debris on his property. we told the owner he did not hold up per his agreement. it was theft of services. and we were lied to. we told him to find another company. we did not want his business. we didnt recieve an apology from the property owner for not paying us. we have not recieved no compensation from this man .nor do we wish to persue compensation from this man. we simply do not want his business. and that he find another business to remove his debris.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2016/07/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Mr [redacted] wasn't lied to. My wife suffered organ failure and all I needed was a few days. I don't think 5 days is too long to wait.
I don't see what my real estate agent has to do with this situation.
When I called Mr [redacted] 5 days later after to sort the situation out, he'd already dumped a big pile of rubbish at my house. I don't just feel that that's ethically wrong in a business sense but I wonder if it's legal? Does dumping rubbish at someones house "embody integrity" as outlined in article 8 of the Revdex.com Code of Conduct?
I rang My [redacted] to sort the situation out (I recorded the Skype call) and Mr [redacted] launched a verbal tirade at me then hung up on me which appears to contravene article 6 of the Revdex.com Code of Conduct.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2016/07/26) */
when we recieve phone authorization stating to pick up the owners debris it goes on a work order. and under the work order it states we are to be paid upon completion of the job. the property owner failed to do so. he failed to call. he failed to pay. it is a contract. he authorized that contract. and failed to pay . we simply returned the property owners items that we picked up.he was told it was due upon completion of the job. and he breached the contract. if he would of made a attempt to call us. we would of been understanding. but he didnt. he made no attempt. we are already at a loss for doing the job. and still dont want compensation.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2016/07/27) */

5 days isn't to long to wait. Dumping rubbish on people'e yards is unethical and possibly illegal.
I rang to sort it out and Mr [redacted] went on a verbal tirade and hung up on me.
Not conducive to a Revdex.com A+ rating. Very poor business practices.
This isn't resolving anything. Mr [redacted] thinks dumping rubbish on people's yards and hanging up on clients when they try to sort something out is OK.
