To address the 1st issue on getting no answerWe are not open through the winter monthsWe open each year when the temperature allows us to level concrete.I had knee replacement surgery & I am currently still recovering from it,so I may
have missed a call, but I did speak with Mr *** on 4/3/& I did go out to his home on 4/6/& left him a quote on his porch for $but will not warranty the area above the culvertIf by some chance I did not get his calls we do have another phone # he could of calledIt is on the same paper he has my #It is also on this siteHe has been out of warranty for 1/years nowThe slury we pump under the slabs does not just disappearhis driveway is either still settling or a water issue this is Ohio & we did just have a very deep freeze line which has shifted concrete everywhere I looked around the area & many homes are having the same issuesI even stated on the estimate I left him he should have his culvert looked atThe water running through the ditch can undermine around the culvert & most likely is what caused those slabs to fallWe do over jobs a year with no complaints only satisfied customersWe go above & beyond for our customers
