Matt Adams, the owner of SL3, has not fulfilled his contract in taking down the Christmas lights that he put up on our house back in November 2019. The cost of the service already paid to him included putting up the lights, the use of his lights and the removal of lights at the end of the season. It is now Feb 21st and he no longer will even return our numerous calls and texts to remove the lights. Initially he made a commitment to take down the lights at the end of January but we have not heard from him since. We are not the only customers impacted. He has also done the same to our next door neighbors and many neighbors in our old subdivision. People are looking for alternative ways to remove the lights and paying other companies to come do the work that we already paid him to do.
