S.L. Patterson Septic

Review: I hired Mr. Patterson to do a septic cert on a property that I was purchasing. After paying for the service, my mortgage loan originator informed me that Mr. Patterson had not renewed his license. After contacting Mr. Patterson several times, and his promise, with each phone call, to renew his license so I could proceed with my purchase, he failed to do so. He also promised, in our last telephone conversion, to fully refund my money by September 13, 2013, but to date has not. After hiring another septic company to perform the cert, I found that aside from his expired license, he also failed to perform a thorough examination of the septic system. Mr. Patterson has ripped me off for a service not properly rendered.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $350.00 for services not rendered.
