Review: We asked SL johnson to provide plumbing service on our water heater. [redacted] came to our house on 12/26/13 did the intitial evaluation and suggest to change the gas valve.The total labour with parts was $750.00 out of which we paid $375.00 as pre payment and in to our surpise they never showed up on Saturday the service date 12/27/13 to replace and perfom the service. I tried calling them every day and now they are not refunding our prepayment money. the serice was never performed and I am seeking payment since december. 20 and more calls have been made to get the money and have put a stop payment on my credit card but they are not responding it.I also spoke with [redacted] the technician and his response is "office will contact us for refund" I need my money back as they never perfom the service and now not replying our calls or refunding our money.Please help.Desired Settlement: All I need is the refund from SL johnson. They did not perform the service and they are cheating company.....
