After reviewing the situation further with our applicable manager, she noted that the guest was in fact followed up with on 9/
with a voicemailA couple of days later (approx), that same manager did receive a return call from the message and talked through the situation with the guestWhile on the phone, our manager did one more look around the park but explained to the guest on the phone that unfortunately the shoe had not still shown upThe guest seemed to understand at that point, and the matter was left at that
Sky Zone StLouis stresses a policy of not being responsible for lost/stolen items, and there are multiple signs around the park that re-enforce this policyWe have scanned every corner of our park multiple times and the shoe is nowhere to be foundWhile we are unable to reimburse the cash value of the shoe due to our policy, the situation is unfortunate and we would like to offer the guest 4, 60-minute jump passes ($value)While we wish that the missing shoe would have turned up, we hope that the passes will be a mutually acceptable solution to help make up for the inconvenience of the situationPlease let us know, thank you!
