Review: I spent ALMOST three hours shopping at [redacted]. My receipt showed that I paid at 8:32pm, I left the store and drove down the numerous ramps to exit. My receipt was stamped 5:44. I did not go to a machine on the top floor to validate my coupon b/c I didn't think I would owe any money. The MACHINE to exit said 8:47 when I got to it. I was angry, b/c the fee for the 3 minute difference was $5. The attendant came over and took my credit card, and it would not read it. He told me that I should back up on the ramp (NO WAY!!!!!) and walk upstairs and across the garage to deal with the office. I told him no, he should call a manager t come down. He wouldn't do it. He kept saying my card didn't work. I pointed out that I had just bought a car full or groceries with that card, so obviously it worked. I called the police because the attendant, "Eddie" was holding me under false imprisonment! He would not open the gate or call the manager.

The police didn't come and I called again. Eddie would not tell me an address for the police t come to. Then he called one of his "security guards." I was standing on the curb next to my car when Mr V[redacted], a huge man, walked up int my face and started spitting on me in his excitement, and told me that I should back up because I was in his space. He was towering over me, trying to intimidate me. I told him, "No. I was standing here and YOU walked up to ME and stop spitting on me!" HE tried to threaten me. I would not move.

They would not fix the situation, and after over 40 minutes, a nicer, calmer agent, not one of their parking attendants, came to try to help. He led me upstairs to the office, and when the useless, lazy agents up there saw I was taking photos for evidence, they hid behind the door! I have photos of Eddie, V[redacted], and my car trapped.

They made me pay for all of this time, or I could not leave the garage. Another employee told me that he has seen them do this to other people, but he did not want to me mentioned because he said they would fire him.

Mr V[redacted] should be arrested and fined and Eddie should be disciplined. Another employee/ observer said that if the police had come, they would not have done anything because the head of security there was an off duty police officer.

Not only are they stealing money, they are threatening and intimidating people to pay! This is sick!Desired Settlement: Eddie and V[redacted] need t be disciplined and Skyview should send me an apology or should lose the contract for that poorly run garage. I have never seen such a poorly laid out and steep, poorly run garage with such awful misdirecting signs. That garage is an accident waiting to happen!
