I have the I needed. I directly contacted the airline to get the info I needed. If I am booking through your website, I should have gotten the info I needed instead of what I had to go through. The problem I had was more with the website because it did not give me the info that I needed as a result of the change. I don't think calling and leaving a voicemail is very productive at this point. Shouldn't the company be trying to contact me as requested? I would not recommend this company and website to anyone because of the lack of customer support.
