This company is a subcontractor for ***. They were boring a new fiberoptic line through a neighborhood in Noble Oklahoma. They damaged a gas service line and requested a repair from us. We repaired the gas service. They promised to pay with a credit card the day of the repair which was October 2019 and they have never paid the invoice. I have attempted to contact their foreman/supervisor multiple times and each time I am able to reach him he promises to call back with the payment but never does. I left multiple messages on their office phone with no response and emailed them with no response. I contacted my attorney to send them a notification we will be proceeding with legal action and still no response. I attempted to contact a supervisor at *** also and they promise to call me back but after four attempts there was no response. We repaired the gas line in a timely manner and restored the service to a residence and this is unacceptable business practices.
