After being promised a short lead time, we ordered (and paid for) RFID Hardware for a potential project. The short lead time did not materialise. We were given two different reasons: First another large order had taken priority over ours, and then that they had some quality issues. Eventually when we received the item, the language was set to Chinese so we weren't able to use the item. After much confusion from their Customer Service Team, the item was rendered useless and deemed as faulty.
We returned the item and were told that a replacement was imminent.
After many emails from me (with no response from SkyRFID) we are still no further forward and no replacement item has been forthcoming. We paid for the item but have received nothing in return. Being in the UK is has only compounded the difficulty of trying to deal with a Company in Canada who do not respond to emails.
