Work for this company for 5 yrs, they with held 50 $ per load for insurance deductible, to be paid back when you are done working for them, never received a dime, they're cheaters

I recently just used had a vehicle transported by Skypoint Transit carrier and I was more than pleased with the service I received from my carrier's driver Bart He picked my vehicle up in New Mexico on Wedevening and had it to me by Satmorning in OhioThough we did have issues regarding the payment and how it was to be administered to my driver, due to fault of my broker, he was more than generous, kind, patient, and most importantly helpful as well as professionalHe was more than willing to help me sort out and resolve the matter, rather than simply keep my vehicle and return it to his company's gated lotThis was my first experience with an auto-ship company and due to Bart's kind and willingness to help me, my experience was made all the betterI highly recommend this company as my driver treated me and my family as people, rather than simply as a transaction all well providing me with a fast and efficient service

Skypoint Transit was hired to transport our trailer from Florida to IllinoisTheir driver had an accident and instead of pulling off the road, she tried to get the trailer to the next exitShe hit a storm drain and ripped both axles off the trailerDamage was close to *** Mr*** was notified about accident and said he would pay for the repairsAfter a week in the shop, Mr*** never contacted them to start the workI tried numerous times to contact him and he avoided the callsMy company paid for the repairs because this trailer is a working trailer and it was losing revenue and was booked to be working(prepaid non-refundable deposit on rent and electric.) I contacted the insurance company Mr*** gave us with the contractThey said they knew about the accident but it was up to Mr*** because he had a *** deductibleThis accident happened July 14, and still no word or payment from Mr*** We need help in trying to get this resolvedWe do not want this co
