After repeated requests over 4 months, and being told that our money would be refunded, we still do not have the $9,010.30 that we are owed due to a flight canceled by the airlines. SkyLux is NOT a reputable firm. Avoid it at all costs. Can you imagine being cheated out of over $9,000? If you are in the same position as we are, we suggest that you contact your sate Attorney General (AG) and the DE AG, as we have done.
