before she purchased the home we did not have the title, we issued her bill of sale upon purchase. We purchased the home from *** *** with a bill of sale, as he did not have a title. We have a copy of that bill of sale in our records.I contacted the license bureau for a title search in which showed an application for title in for *** & *** ***. *** *** is deceased and we do not know the location of *** *** *** has since sold the home and she will have to locate *** *** to apply for a lost title

We purchased the home without a title and sold it without a title. I spoke to her about the issue and she is well aware there is no title.
