assuming he was calling the sales person's mobile number and was not getting a response back. The sales person turned in a signed Certificate of Completion so the job in the system was closed. Once the customer contacted the company via [redacted] he was contacted the very next day and the issue was resolvedthe gutters were scheduled to be replaced.
We are proud of the customer service we deliver. Unfortunately, this rep did not meet the company's standards and as a result, is no longer with the company.

Skyline did respond quickly after complaining to Revdex.com, [redacted] and [redacted]'s List. I did contact third party company that handles office administrations for Skyline where we are to send the payment to and was told that the CEO would call me back. After waiting a week I contacted Skyline's office directly and was told that I would be called back by someone. This never happened which lead me to complaining online.
The work is now complete and we are just waiting on the permits to clear.
