First of all this company damaged my vehicle when they towed it and I put a damage claim in they are trying to force me to comply with their fraudulent affidavit they wrote my name in two places I dont feel comfortable with that they can write anything on it when I called about this their rep [redacted] laughed in my face like all of this is funny after they damaged my vehicle.Desired SettlementI would like my vehicle fixed and [redacted] fired she has no customer service skills at all laughing at someone's situation is not right.Business Response Hello,Per our phone conversation the CT Superior Court Small claims session paperwork is attached. I know the scan quality if poor if you need me to fax a copy as well let me know...We have never received the official answer form...via phone [redacted] told me she retracted her small claims case but again that was verbally so I am not sure what to believe at this point...She served us the paperwork....we are not taking her or anyone else to court for any reason...At this point as previously discussed the original damage claim became voided at the time we received court paperwork.
