  Next day at 3pm she  came and asked for a refund complaining about Bed Bug ,Roaches etc and started showing me pictures of Bed Bugs.  I told her I do not want to see the pictures bring the live one .I have quite a few people staying in this motel for a long time , they have nev complained to me for such things,and for yr kind information we have our rooms sprayed every month by the pesticide company. on top of th if the rooms had Bed Bugs how are they still staying in the same room ,doesn't it bite them.3     I have 16 yrs of experience in this motel and I know how people want to get refund .To let u know what they do is take pictures of Bugs from motels who have b/bugs and when they move to other motels they show those pictures to get a refund.4     If they were not happy with my decision they could have reported to the health department.When people want a refund they pick on everything possible.      5     If u need any further information plse call me on my phone number [redacted] or [redacted].        Awaiting to hear from you soon.        Yours sincerely,        [redacted]
