This letter is in response to the complaint dated 12/26/for Skyline Towers apartmentsI have included a portion the section below in our Resident Handbook which is part of the lease agreement that addresses packages:Not all communities accept packages on behalf of residentsSome communities
have 'self-service" package rooms or use a third-party vendor to provide package delivery/notification services and many communities impose restrictions on the size, weight or other characteristics of the packages they will accept, if your community accepts packages for residents, you authorize us to accept packages on your behalf...You assume all risks associated with authorizing us to accept packages on your behalfWhether we accept packages on your behalf, rely on a third-party Vendor, or provide selfservice package rooms, you agree that we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged packages.Please feel free to contact the community if you have questions or need further information.
