order skylight and can take up to 4 weeks they understood and agreed. We talked to [redacted]'s through this process and let them know that there product was on back order from the company I had placed the order with, this was frustrating for both parties involved. Mr. [redacted] showed up to my office while I was out of town being extremely disrespectful to our secretary to say the least. He was making allegations that the order was never placed the secretary showed him the receipt to prove it was placed but was on back order. After this incident I canceled with the first vendor and reordered through another, [redacted]'s now has there skylights. We have worked together on projects in the past without a problem this situation was a company first.
