I live in California & I purchased 2 puppies in Texas. The delivery company has turned my life into a nightmare. I've had to send them money for many things that they have claimed the money is refundable. When I signed the refund slip on line they got back to me saying that the refund slip was made with a $2600 overage & since I signed it I had to pay the difference before they delivered the puppies along with my refunds. When everything was supposed to be settled & I was supposed to receive my delivery I got a text message saying that the delivery's vehicle brakes went out & they where involved in an accident. I was told that the puppies had to stay with the vet for 3 weeks. After I was held responsible for the vet bill & was often threatened that if I didn't pay I would loose all my refunds & the puppies will be sent to the abandonment department. I payed several thousand dollars to settle all this. Again when everything was supposed to be settled & I was to be delivered everything I received an email saying that they accidentally put my puppies with another dog that had measles & I was required to pay for the test & later was emailed that my puppies tested positive & I was required to pay for their treatment. Everything has been Skylight Carriers fault (they also go by American Sweft Airways) & they have taken no responsibility at all. I purchased these puppies on 3/19/20 & till this day I haven't received anything. Now I'm being threatened that if I don't pay for the latest vet bill that I will once again loose all my refunds & puppies will be sent to abandonment department & I will also loose the puppies. I have sent close to $30,000 for everything & the delivery company will not take responsibility for their screwups & keeps threatening me that I will loose everything. I've had to borrow money from family & friends to be able to cover everything. This has caused myself & my daughter stress & depression. My daughter is now on depression meds cause she's late on bills money cause of money.
