You are completely incorrectI have not received call backs to the several voicemails I leftI also have not received responses to my several emails I've sent to Elena at your company
There's no way you could have tracked the massive number of telephone calls to all of the numbers I located online and on the "activation phone number" paper you included in the packageSome of the numbers were not in service and the others just went straight to a voicemailIf I had been able to reach someone to tell me how to install and activate the alarm, I probably would have kept itHowever, I didn't feel good about having a security system from a company who isn't even alerted by customers calling them and who is completely unresponsive
I sent back the materials and paid a nice lump sum of money to send it back since your company failed to provide me with a return slip as promisedThere was no tracking bar code, no account number, no invoice, nothing with my name or address was even included within the box itselfNone of the materials, whom to this day I don't even know if it was even a working alarm, had any type of serial numberThis is what first alarmed me to the scam that your so called company is pulling
I've attached the string of emails in which I contacted Elena Ramos times attempting to reach out for ticketing slips to return the materialsSince I never heard back from her, I simply mailed it back with my own funds
I have not yet been reimbursed my down payment
You should be ashamed of yourselves for responding in this matter on the Revdex.com and trying to make yourselves look like a real business
The following is in response to the above referenced complaint:If the customer had called our offices we would have a record of the call and acted properly upon receipt of his message. Additionally, no package was received and our return policy (as most any company) requires an RMA be issued...
so it can be tracked. The customer is responsible for the equipment and the terms of the monthly contract he signed. However, we will work with the customer to resolve in any manner reasonable with the understanding we have no record of receiving his equipment back. In the meantime we will not bill the customer until this matter is resolved to his satisfaction.Thank you,SkyCover Holdings, Inc.
