An order with Skybound was allegedly lost in the mail. They have been completely unhelpful and unresponsive.
I placed an order a few weeks ago. I received no tracking number or confirmation via email (which is what every other comic/print store does), but I was billed. I was then promptly locked out of the Facebook login, which is the only other place where my confirmation and tracking might be located. I then received a random text message from Skybound saying my order was delivered and did I like it. I responded to the text that I hadn't received the order, and to please send my tracking information. I received no response. I then tried to login, but my Facebook login was inactive (I tried on multiple devices). I placed a ticket request for help and received a totally insufficient response giving me another login - which doesn't help me track my order, because that would be in my existing (apparently blocked account). So I filled out another ticket. I received the same response. So I filled out another ticket telling them I need the tracking, not a new login. I then received a response telling me not to start multiple help tickets. They also sent me a link to my ticket, but the link just goes back to the login page - which I cannot use! Given their behavior, I'm not sure this company is even legit.
I would like a full refund.
I would like to update and amend that complaint. The company offered me a full refund, and I am totally satisfied. Thank you for your assistance.
company is ignoring my support requests
pre-ordered product last year. arrived 4 months ago damaged. Contacted customer support immediately. mailed me replacement parts and packaging material but not everything needed. Contacted company again asking on status of remaining parts. company asked to verify that original package had arrived. confirmed that package had arrived but material was still missing. no response from company. asked for refund. no response. threatened to contact my bank's fraud department. company offered partial refund. provided company math on items shipped and pointed out that a partial refund was unacceptable.company offered full refund. company closed out support ticket before offer could be accepted. accepted refund offer. company closed out ticket again and did not provide refund. company stated that a refund was being mailed to me. ticket was closed a third time with no refund sent. contacted company. no response. indicated to company that a complaint would be filed with the Revdex.com.
I want a total refund on the product as the company has previously offered.
I had pre-ordered The Walking Dead: Definitive Series Box Set for my son for his 8th grade graduation present. On their website they stated that the box sets would ship out in September. I get an email in December claiming that there was a problem with the items in the box sets and they would be shipping out the items the week of January 26, 2020 The only thing my son received is the game which we received in 2 days. I have sent the company emails asking where the rest of the items are, all I get from the company is that my items are being shipped. I have asked for a tracking number numerous times and the company has failed to provide me with a tracking number. I spent $260 on this box set and I have not received the rest of the items that I paid for. The company stated that there would be no refunds, however, this is unfair as there has been lack of communication from the company in regards to this box set I want the items I paid for and I should also be issued a refund for their lack of communication to me as a customer
