This guest did not contact us on the date of the incident nor show the damage to the managers on dutyOur cameras show her walking right past several managers on the way out the door and not addressing her concernIt was not busy at the time
she was in our parkThe guest was also unable to produce the date and time stamped email that she claims to have sent to our manager and we do not have record of the email that she claims to have sentShe contacted us almost two months after the incident for the first time claiming her jeans were rippedWe cannot verify that the jeans were not ripped at our facility, or before or after her visit, only that she sent a picture of ripped jeans and a price tag of new jeansWe have contacted her about the situation and offered free passes *** her children but that was not enough, and we feel that was going above and beyond for this claimWe, as a business, cannot make a practice of paying *** to anyone who contacts us two months after visiting our establishment asking us to buy them a new pair of jeansHad our manager on duty been approached when the supposed incident happened, he or she could have reviewed the situation and make a case by case determinationWhen a restaurant spills on clothing, they will reimburse the cost of the cleaning but not buy a new clothing itemWe are not able to offer reimbursement for a new pair of jeans at this time

The statements made are completely untrueThey do not know who I am to state they have me on cameraIf they have me on camera, they have the incident on camera tooIn addition, I provided *** *** a manager there, with the email sent to their managerHere is the email sent to a manager that recieved zero responseWe did not wait two months to initiate action
