Review: there is an app called "fever". they were selling Halloween rooftop party pass. It says that this pass can be used at any of 4 locations: Hudson Terrace, Cantina Rooftop, Attic Rooftop and Sky Room Rooftop. So I bought 2 tickets ($40 each) and decided to go to Sky room. Turned out that ticked doesn't mean anything. You have to wait online outside. So me and my friend did so but after 1,5 hours of waiting and being far far away from getting in we just left and decided to go to another location near it, but there was the same situation. We saw the line and didn't even wait.

I'm not sure who is responsible for this mess and false advertisement but I want my money back. There was not even one word about waiting online or that ticket doesn't guaranty entrance. That's just not fair. All it says that ticket includes valid entry to all 4 locations. If I buy ticket I assumed to get in. I don't expect to wait outside for hours. This is just insane. Nobody ever mentioned anything about such a mess. So I paid money and just waisted it together with my time. I have the screen shots of all the advertisementDesired Settlement: $80

Review: I was at Skyroom Lounge on Friday, August [redacted] around 7PM during happy hours. I ordered two raspberry drinks, which are considered well drinks and a pizza at the bar. At first, I was told that my drinks would be $15 and $8 for the pizza. When I got charged, my bill said $48.97. The bartender decided to add 20% for a service charge without my knowledge. I wasn’t warned or informed nor was it mentioned when I decided to go from cash to card. After I received the drinks and the pizza was paid for, the bartender tells me he is not able to give me the pizza I would have to come pick it up because he can't leave the bar. I understood, but he just charged me almost $8 for service. In every restaurant they will bring your food to you if they charge you for the service. Why was I charged almost $8 for a service I didn’t receive? Why do restaurants have waiters and busboys if not to serve yet you want to charge your clients to do it themselves? When my pizza arrived, it had a black curly hair strand that obviously does not belong to me, which the whole staff could see. When I approached the manager [redacted] about it, he said there’s nothing he can do except eat around the pizza. That he will not be able to bring me something that I already paid before receiving. As I was telling him that I will not eat from something that has someone’s hair on it, a stranger interrupted to inform him that she had received a dirty cup an hour before my arrival. Apparently, he could not deny it because the waitress was standing right there when the dirty cup was delivered to the table. I can only imagine all the health code violations that go on at this place. I will be reporting this to Revdex.com and the sanitation department. I do not know what kind of high premium establishment this is as it states, but it’s definitely not up to par with its prices and location. For someone to suggest that I should be servicing myself and eating around your staff’s hair is beyond disgusting. Not to mention I was charged for a service and food I did not receive. This establishment should really considering improving their customer service and staff.Desired Settlement: The drinks I did have with my sister, but everything else needs to be deducted from my bill. Overall, I should not have to be contacting anyone to file a complaint such as this one, therefore, I do deserve compensation. Manager is paid to manage, so manage! I didn't receive my food nor was I serviced. Also, change your staff! The reviews on [redacted] are honest. No establishment that considers themselves to be premium should have such feedback.
