I had called this company since they are on your list, to have them come out for an estimate on gutter work I need done. It took them several days to call me back and set up an appt. The appt. was for last week. No one showed up, they didn't even call to say they cancelled / or to change the appt to another time. nothing!! We stayed home all afternoon waiting for them. I emailed their company about it, and , so far, haven't received a reply. I don't do business with this type of 'customer service'. My time is valuable too.

Review: Service provider installed flat rubber roof with 10 year guarantee of work. The rubber roof was installed with inches of standing water and wrinkles left on roof. Two of the wrinkles popped wholes that the service provider described as being caused by a raccoon. Service provider stated, "The raccoon grabs the wrinkled parts as it rolls around on it's back. See, the roof is warm and the wrinkle is the only thing it can grab on to." Service provider stated they would repair the roof this time for free to honor the guarantee, but it would cost $[redacted].** in the future because he speculates a raccoon caused the damage. He recommended that I place antifreeze around the house so that I can "get rid " of the raccoon.Desired Settlement: The invoice from 9/10/2**7 states, "TWO FLAT ROOF TEAR OFF $[redacted] GARAGE SLOPE ROOF COATING $[redacted] and EXTRA TO CONTRACT - INSULATION $[redacted].**", for a total of $[redacted].**. I would like either the work reinstalled correctly without wrinkles (I ordered a flat roof not a wrinkly roof) or a full refund so I can have a roof installed by a professional company who will install the product correctly.

We do not warranty a roof which a raccoon scratched the rubber roof system. [redacted] stated he raccoons on the roof surface. We can not cover damages caused by others.
