Mr. [redacted] been a customer with Skyrocket Wholesale since 7/6/2014. During that time the total amount of his purchases, including palletizing fees for shipping were $10,608.40;...
not the$24,600.00 as stated in his original complaint.
Attached is a copy of our auction terms clearly stating that all items up for auction are “as is, where is” and that there are no warranties implied or otherwise attached to any merchandise. Item descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.All bidders must agree to these terms each & every time they bid on an auction.
The conditions of the items in our auctions are listed 1 of 2 ways on our website.
They are either:
· Appears new / unused. Please use preview to determine condition and completeness.
OR
· Open box or return. Use preview to confirm.
Our auction terms plainly state the required method of contact for all questions,requests for shipping and bidder notification is email.
On 3 occasions Mr. [redacted] complained that items were damaged when they arrived. He was issued refunds for the items, without returning the merchandise, in the amount of $524.58. He then initiated a dispute with [redacted] for 5 charges totaling an additional $596.71. In an effort to maintain good customer relations Skyrocket agreed to refund these purchases, again, without the merchandise being returned. He subsequently initiated a second dispute with [redacted] for the remaining 21 transactions that he had incurred since becoming a customer of Skyrocket Wholesale. Upon receipt of our auction terms & response to the last 21 disputes, [redacted] has closed the disputes in Skyrocket’s favor.
At this time Skyrocket Wholesale respectfully denies any wrongdoing on our part in regards to this matter. Our terms & policies are clearly stated on our website.
