I have a major leak in my roof. I called this company and they sent someone out. My husband and I thought that we knew the spot where it was coming from and told the roofer. Yes there were issues where I told him to look, but I am no roofer I just thought that may be the issue. I trusted th person who came to look and make sure that is where the leak was, not just take my word for it and fix the area without checking anything else out. Well I still have the same leak, he never went In The attic to even check anything else out before doing the job. So after draining my vacation fund I now need a new roof and new wood because I have mold and rot. So now I am out almost 2k and still need a new roof. This man called to set up times to come out to give me an estimate on the job and he never came. I called he doesn't pick up or return my calls. I called the company and then he calls. He then set up another appointment to come out and again blew me off and will not return my calls. So I'm moving on to someone else. Also where they fixed the roof you can bounce on it and it is not stable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Now I have to start all over again with someone else and am out 2k.
