Sky Nails

Review: I went to this salon on 4/2/14.This was my first time going to this nail salon. An older woman approached me and I told her what product I wanted. I sat down at her station and she showed me the product I didn't want. I told her I would like a certain set of nails and she constantly pushed the other product. She refused to listen to me. I told her 5 times I didnt want this other product. Mean while the manager/ owner of that salon was watching the whole time.She finally pushed this other set of nail that she was irritating me so I just let her do what she wanted. She was very rough. In all of my life getting my nails done which isnt often, I have never had such horrible customer service. She was extremely rough during pushing my cuticles back and drilling my nail and she hurt me to the point that I wanted to cry I am 100 percent positive that she did this intentionally. I told her she was being a bit extreme but she wasnt paying attention. at the end of my session she rushed me out the door. I will NEVER return to that place again and the owner did nothing about itDesired Settlement: due to horrible customer service and the attitude this employee who provided this aweful customer service I want my 45 dollars back. being treated the way I was is not worth my time or money at that establishment
