Sky Marketing

I purchased a scratchier ticket for $20 from a scratchier dispensing machine at Sky Marketing 76 located at ***. Hesperia, CA *** on 6/18/2019 at 8pm. The machine did not dispense the ticket. Cashier would not give me a refund immediately though I told him I live out of town. Cashier informed me I would be contacted next morning for a refund of my money after they counted the money. They did not call me. I contacted them again and the clerk said they will call Monday. I asked to speak with the owner or manger but they would not provide me that contact information. I have called several times and they now tell me I can come into the store to get a refund but they know I live over 100 miles away. I have asked for the money to be mailed to me but they will not allow me to speak with the manger or owner. Please provide assistance to this matter.
