As we have presented, we agreed with Mr*** that he was having continuing electrical issues, and we could not pinpoint why he was having themWe were informed by a reputable Harley Dealership that this problem was persistent prior to us working on it and our EMS unit being installedWith his presentation of having replaced the ECM and this corrected the issues he was having, only backs up the fact that the ECM that was on his bike was faulty, and not our EMS unitWe are not sure why, after all of this time, that Mr*** is now unhappy with an agreement that he made with our owner *** *** over a year ago and left here happy, content, and satisfied at that time.We would like to resolve this issue in any way we can, but we feel as if the amount of money or reimbursement Mr*** is asking for is unwarranted and basis for request unsubstantiated.Thanks,*** ***Director of Sales and MarketingMillennium TechnologiesO-920-893-5595F-920-893-4830www.mt-llc.com
