Review: When I purchased membership in this travel club, I was told (and shown examples of) I would receive up to 40% savings on cruises. When I tried to book a cruise, I found the "cub price" ecactly the same as if I booked on my own. When I inquired about it, I was told cruises generally had no savings. A similar situation occurred when I tried to book a vacation in cancun Mexico. The price was the same as if I booked on my own. I was then told the savings would be realized only if I booked a condominium.

The presentation when I purchased the membership clearly indicated savings on all future vacations. That is why my wife and I spent $8493 on the membership. Now there is an annual fee of $299, but I would like to cancel and get my money refunded due to gross misrepresentation of the product.

When I asked about this, I was told to call Sky Group at [redacted] There is no one answering that number and the recording says it is no longer in service.Desired Settlement: Refund my purchase price due to misrepresentation of service
