When doing business with SKYGEEK !BEWARE OF ACROSS THE BOARD 15% RESTOCKING FEE! Even if the product you are returning is unopened, has not been used and is for example 12 cans of cleaning product. They will charge you 15%. You will also have to pay for shipping. So either get your product from somewhere else or "TRUST" them to do the right thing.
worst customer service. tried to order a light, took my money right away, then told me item was back ordered for 3 months. a week before it was to ship out they told me the price was wrong and instead of the orginal $94 it was going to be at least $500 . all I got from them was "sorry"

Review: On 8/**/2015 I ordered an advertised aircraft battery from Skygeek.com at a price of $163.69 and my credit card was processed. On 8/**/2015 I received a phone call from Casey R[redacted] from Skygeek.com stating that the price was increased to $233.67 with no explanation as to why they would advertise 1 price only to increase it after a purchase has consummated

It was explained to the customer that the price was listed incorrectly on the website and was actually lower than the cost. We offered to cancel and issue a full refund, however the customer decided to continue with the purchase and the correcet price.SkyGeek.com tries very hard to make sure all prices listed are correct but errors are made and the customer contacted as soon as possible.
