Review: Fraudulent redemption of a voucher without rendering a service. Hostile treatment by owner. Safety concerns.

I have a detailed explanation I would like to provide but it is too long to insert here. On Sunday night, the owner of this business cancelled my flight due to winds. I asked him for some new dates to schedule my flight. He became very hostile focusing on the "half off crowd" (coupon holders)and the weather (of which I never complained). After verbally abusing me in a series of emails on of which told me he would never take me flying, he decides at 8:30 at night, after stating that the flying conditions were unsafe to tell me to be at the site at 5:30 am because "I got my way". His emails were disjointed and repetitive and continued after I told him he was harrassing me. He then redeemed my voucher through Living Social as if I had recieved my service. Please let me know how to send you my detail summary which included the very colorful email exchange.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the service not rendered.

I have not heard from the company.

I did go through my credit card to get a refund so I am not out any money anymore but I do still have serious concerns about future potential customers of this business.

Review: Harassing emails. Assumed my wife and I were over the weight limit and cancelled our flight. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Around April 2013 I purchased a Groupon for my wife and I to go on a hot air balloon ride for our 25th anniversary. The day prior to the flight at 4pm I received an email stating my flight had been cancelled. WHen I contact the company they said we were over the weight limit of 360 pounds when in fact our combined weight was 339 pounds. Mr. [redacted] was extremely rude and I honestly feel he cancelled the our flight because we had a groupon and wanted to make sure the "full price" customers were first. I am still receiving harassing emails till this day from the owner Tim [redacted].

I would just like to warn all the consumers out there about this company. There are numerous reviews on yelp that have had the same experience I had. Before you do business with this company, PLEASE do your research..Desired Settlement: To refund the money I paid for the flight they cancelled.
