We have received calls from Ms. [redacted] concerning channel 44. There has been an issue with this channel, however it has only be an issue for last 3 weeks. We explained to Ms. [redacted] that some equipment had to be replaced. We had to order the equipment and have it shipped in. Once we received it our...

technician installed it. We discovered that installation only did not fix the issues with that channel. We have tried on multiple occasions to reach the tech support for the owner of that channel and [redacted] has not been able to get anyone on the phone. Until we can have the channel's owner troubleshoot with us we are not able to correct the issue. We did have some other customers call in about channel 44 and we explained this to them as well. To date, Ms. [redacted] is the only customer that has notified us of an issue with channel 39. A technician has checked out our equipment for that channel and no issue has been found. At this time, it appears to be an isolated issue. [redacted] is willing to give a credit for outage for channel 44 for the 3 weeks it has been out, but Ms. [redacted] should understand this is will not be a large amount due to the package having so many other channels and each channel has a different cost.
