The company made false claims about the product they were selling. The company also has failed to address my claims by telling me to wait a year likely to run out the clock on my recourse. Also they bait-and-switch the solar fans they sold me, and improperly installed one. The third product that I bought was installed in such a fashion that I am not able to maintain it, which if I did something like that with one of my contracts I would be forced to give a refund.
All Products were installed by 2 technicians that can verify they were installed correctly. As mentioned earlier the customer was told that the products we sale and install can help to lower utility bills on an overall yearly basis. Just as other types of insulating materials installed in a home there is no specific percentage on what each customer will save and this was addressed loud and clear in both the presentation and during the sale. The contract signed by the customer does not state anywhere that a specific percentage will be saved. There are multiple factors that go into each home. How old the home is, what types of insulation were used, what type of construction was done etc... Radiant Barriers and Solar Powered Attic Fans are an industry proven technology. Both assist in making homes more energy efficient. As a company we are always trying to do our best to take care of our customers. Although everything was done correctly in accordance with the contracts signed by both parties as a gesture of good faith we would be willing to send an additional solar powered attic fan at no charge to the customer to help boost his energy efficiency needs.
There is no literature either during the dinner or in the contract that states a customer will save x amount. The reason for that is because every home is different. We simple present the science and information and leave it up to the customer to do their research and their own do diligence before they make a decision. Home owners are in no way required to buy our products and we sell nothing during our dinner programs. Our contract is legal and binding and the goods have been sold and installed. We ask every customer to wait a full calendar year before assessing their utility bills.

I loved Healthy Home's window tinting job (KOOL Windows). I noticed immediately that my eyes stopped burning! The work crew was very polite and hard-working. And Brian has been great to work with.

Also, the Kool Blanket multi-layer insulation (MLI) in our attic has made a tremendous improvement to the climate inside our home. We already had a thick layer of the pink fiberglass insulation up there, but this MLI made a noticeable difference right away. Starting the very first night after it was installed, our furnace didn't have to kick on for 8 hours, even though the winter temperature outside was in the single digits. Also, the temperature throughout the various areas of our home is much more even now. Thank you for that! Plus, now that the fiberglass is covered by that MLI "blanket", the attic air is no longer filled with loose fiberglass particles--a side benefit for anyone who has to be up there.
