After much search, I came across this company because of their reviews I signed up, paid for my credit report through their recommendations and waited They sent an email and asked that I call them A very nice agent, sid, went through my items I don't often write reviews...as much as I should...but I felt compelled They said that my items were merely a time issue and would resolved themselves Instead of charging me like I expected any company would, they did not charge me as it has only been a few days And sent me an email confirmation without me having to follow up Because of this, I will recommend them without question and return should I need the help in the future (hopefully I wont)

I must say, signing up for any service like this, many people are reluctant (as was I) I signed up last Thursday and sent them the appropriate information Within hours they emailed me Less than a week later, I got an email stating to call them about a dispute I called the number and spoke straight to someone [redacted] was AMAZING She told me that this was not something that would be good to dispute until it is a balance and she didn't feel as I needed the service as of right now She promptly said that she would credit my account and if I needed them in the future, once this account is 0, they would dispute it for me She talked me through ways to boost my credit and was helpful throughout the whole phone call I would definitely recommend them I am years old and looking into buying my first property and wanted to make sure I knew the most about my credit as possible
