business on Saturday or Sunday. The Bank was also closed on Presidents Day, Monday February 16th  which was clearly stated on posted signs in the branch and at the drive up. The payment referenced in the complaint was properly recorded on the next processing day. The customer noted in his complaint that the Bank did not process the payment until two days after the due date. In fact, the customer was due for his January payment and therefore this late payment resulted in a 30-day late being reported on his credit bureau report.Our compliance department reviewed the payment processing and the credit bureau reporting and deemed it to be accurate.
