Skogman Homes

Do not construct house with these guys. They give nothing for the cost compared to other builders in town. No ceiling fans, no canned lights. Charges way too much for any option. They dont sod the lawn completely. If you are in the market then consider Integrity custom homes, executive homes and academy homes. You get way good deal in atleast 10k less cost compared to skogman.

I trued to buy a home with skogman, they gave me only 6 canned lights for entire home, no kitchen island pendants, no ceiling fans. They charged me 1000 bucks and per agreement they are supposed to return if either party does not agree. I did not like the pricing and quit but they refused to refund my 1000. For the same price other builders I mentioned giving me 18 canned lights, ceiling fans in every bedroom,, 3 island pendant lights in kitchen, fireplace with full stone, custom tile shower, 3000 for appliances. Skogman appliance budget is 1050. These guys will steal your money and construction quality is cheap.

Stay away from skogman homes.
