You cannot get access to a manager to solve a problem.My wife bought some [redacted] products 8/*/14 after seeing a commercial. She asked to pay for the product al at one instead of three (3) payments and was told that was the case. 4/**/15 we get a bill threating to send us to collection if we dont pay $172.04. I called Raena with [redacted] and was told they did not take the other two payments for the product my wife purchased out nor did we respond to the monthly bills they sent. I explained we never received a statement plus my wife was told the bill was paid in full when she made the purchase. Raena said we owed $99.98 for the two other installment payments. I paid it immediately rather than argue as it appeared they did not take the full amount at the outset as they said they would Raena said she would send an e-mail to collections to tell them the bill was paid in full..6/*/15 we get a second threatening letter saying we now owe $99.88 and if we dont pay we go to collections. I call the next day and get Raena again. She says I am so sorry your bill shows to be paid in full in our system, dont worry. This time she sends us an e-mail showing the bill is paid.7/*/15 I get a collection letter from SKO Brenner American, Inc., threatening to get a judgement against us for $99.88. I called SKO Brenner who I believe is probably a part of [redacted] Kitchen and talk to Romero who says he is a supervisor and refuses to elevate my call to a manager. I am not sure it will do any good, but I am going to make sure our Nightmare story gets out to the Revdex.com in New York and every social media outlet we have access to. I am going to discuss it with our local telDesired Settlement: I would like a apology from both [redacted] and thier counterpart collection agency (who I susepct belongs to them) KO Brenner American located at [redacted], or [redacted]AndTo make certina there is no negative mark against my credit report as it is pristine

Review: I filed a complaint against Bobley-Harmann Corporation. My complaint was assigned ID [redacted]. They have never acknowledged my complaint, instead they asked SKO Brenner American, Inc. to collect money from me. The amount to be collected is different from the amount Bobley-Harmann Corporation had asked me to pay? I now would like to file a complaint against SKO Brenner American, Inc. whom I called and informed that I owe nothing to Bobley-Harmann Corporation.Desired Settlement: Unless they send me a pre-paid sticker to return their books that I never ordered, I am not returning them.

Please be advised that this account was reported to us in April 2013 by our client Profits Direct Inc, (Apointment book Pocket Diary PGM) for product ordered in April 2013 by the consumer.

Since we have been aware of their dispute this account was closed as a "never ordered" and our client notified for verification.
