Review: On November 29, 2012 I signed a [redacted] billing agreement with S.H. Kim Taekwondo in [redacted] for a 12 month contract for two of my sons, three and five years old. Since I am pregnant and due to have a baby in May 2013, I requested that special instructions be added to the contract allowing me to stop the contract by May 2013. On February 14, 2013 I spoke with the business requesting that my contract be cancelled according to the special instructions (Section #9 of the [redacted] billing agreement). The business told me to contact [redacted], the company that collects the payments required, based on the billing agreements. When I contacted [redacted], by phone and email, they indicated that the contract did state that "this course can be stop by May/13", and that the business must complete the cancellation process. On March 20, 2013, I emailed the business asking that they complete the cancellation process as requested by [redacted]. On March 21, 2013, I called the business to make sure they received my email, and Master Kim said he would review his email and respond by email at the beginning of the following week. On March 25, 2013 my husband called the business and spoke to Master Kim regarding not receiving a response to our request, and Master Kim stated that he would not cancel the contract. After this conversation, we decided to file a complaint with Revdex.com regarding the denial of our right to cancel, according to the special instructions section of the contact.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of contract #[redacted]
