In response to your complaint filed with the Revdex.com the following is what has transpired regarding your Concrete:4/30/2014 based on information received from IMI they said to let it set and cure to see if blotches blended in.8/21/14 Mrs. [redacted] informed us the concrete looked the same....
I told her we would get IMI to come to look and concrete to find a solution. After their review it was recommended that it be sealed which was done after closing date in 2014 and you was satisfied with results at that time.5/11/15 Pool was opened and found that sealer had started peeling off at one end. It was determined to powerwash and reseal which was agreed upon by both parties. This was scheduled to be done in the fall of 2015 (after closing date). We did come out and power wash but then weather changed and didn't allow concrete to be sealed. I will not reseal if I do not believe it will adhere to decking and result in further peeling. At this time I again told you we would return in the spring of 2016. However, March, April and first part of May was the rainiest weather we have had during 2016 and again not suitable to reseal concrete,I then put it on the schedule to be resealed mid June and also informed you of such when you called after your opening date 5/4/2016. My only fault in this is communication, which I assume calling you weekly to keep you updated would have been better communication.I am not busting up and removing concrete. I will reseal and correct the concrete on the end that was unsatisfactory in the beginning and will begin work the week of June 20". If this week if not acceptable to you, please let me know which week will work better for you and I will schedule accordingly,I am sorry you felt it necessary to file a report with the Revdex.com, as I have always told you I would take care of the issue. However in the pool business weather dictates the scheduling of such projects.I will be at your home the week of June 20" to again powerwash and reseal accordingly.Sincerely,[redacted]
