Review: I contacted Skip Hop via emails, phone calls, and [redacted] messages. I always get sent to voicemail when I request to talk to a real person. And when I receive an automated response to my emails, it just says that they're working on my problem and will get back to me. I have waited 4 days and I haven't heard anything from them. I contacted them as soon as I noticed the product they sent me was defective and I wanted a replacement.Desired Settlement: I want a product that is in new condition and doesn't have stains all over the exterior.
