Please be advised we are in receipt of the above referenced complaint. I have checked our computer and paper file system at both locations and we do not have a client by the name "[redacted]...

[redacted]" I also attempted to search the system by phone number and address with no luck populating any results. It is our belief this particular client visited a completely different skintology not associated in any way with our business.
