Good Afternoon,My name is Dani and I work for Skinprov.com I went ahead and looked into the details of the customers account with us As of 23-Sep-18:52:transaction ID# [redacted] for $39.95, this order has been fully refunded The customer received a phone call and voicemail on Friday September 23, from one of our customer service representatives letting him know that we received his inquiry, and that his refund had been processed from our end to the fullest extent possibleThe representative also informed him via voicemail and email that his 1st package was delivered and that the second "replacement" package will be in transit as of 9/25/ Also, the customers package (the first package from us) was delivered on September 19, at 11:40: Because he let us know he did not receive his package, we sent him the complimentary package, which is currently in transitWe have proof of all of the information described We apologize for any inconvenience this has been to the customer, and would believe the issue has already been resolvedPlease let us know how you would like to proceedThank you,Dani
